Lily~Saratoga is a full service salon. We strive to provide the most exceptional level of service of any bridal salon.

We offer several services to ensure that you are completely satisfied.

Alterations: Our expert alterations staff has over 30 years of experience in the bridal business. For bridal gowns we require 8-10 weeks for alterations. This enables you to have a first and second fitting in plenty of time before the wedding. It also ensures a happy, stress free time for the bride. For Special Occasion, Mothers and Prom Gowns we require 3-5 weeks.

Steaming/Pressing: As part of our alterations service, all gowns are steamed, pressed and on a bust form for pickup. We do require at least 5 days notice before pickup.

Delivery Services: If arranged before hand, Lily~Saratoga can deliver your bridal gown and bridesmaids gowns within a 30 mile radius of our store. There is a $40 charge for this service.
