When you walk into our historic Yellow Victorian boutique, you’re not just shopping for a wedding dress—you’re stepping into one of the most meaningful moments of your bridal journey. Your Stylist will greet you and your party and then escort you to your appointment space.

We start every appointment with a consultation, during which we want to hear details about your wedding! We love when brides show us inspo photos of gown they found on Instagram, or even better, ones they found on our Pinterest!

With over 600 gowns in our collection, spanning a wide range of styles, sizes, and price points, the experience can quickly become overwhelming. That’s why we do not encourage brides to browse and select dresses on their own. Instead, our approach is intentionally guided—we’re here to curate, refine, and lead you through the process with expertise and care.

Prior to COVID, we used to begin each appointment with a full tour of the shop. When we had to pause that tradition, we discovered something unexpected: it actually improved the experience. Many brides felt less overwhelmed, and it allowed us to focus more intentionally on how gowns truly look and feel on the body—because a dress on a hanger rarely tells the full story.

We typically start by selecting 4–6 gowns tailored to you. From there, the experience becomes collaborative. As you try on each dress, your reactions help us refine and expand the selection. You’re never limited to that first round—it’s simply the starting point. So your feedback is really essential. It allows us to better understand what you’re drawn to—whether it’s how a fabric moves, how a neckline frames you, or the details that make you feel your best. Most brides try on 10–15 gowns during their appointment, and each one brings us closer to the one.

So the moral of the story is: Trust your stylist! We’re here to listen, interpret, and guide you toward a dress that feels like you in every way.
