Your Gown Is Steamed & Inspected When It Arrives

One thing brides don’t always realize when they order a wedding gown is that it doesn’t arrive at the store ready to walk down the aisle.

Wedding gowns are shipped to us directly from the designer, carefully packed into boxes for their journey to Saratoga. When your gown arrives, our team takes it out, inspects it and steams it before you ever come in to see it.

We check your gown against your order and look it over carefully so that when you come in for that exciting first look at your actual wedding dress, it’s ready for you.

It’s one of those behind-the-scenes things that may seem small, but it’s an important part of the Lily experience. We want to make sure your gown receives the same level of care after you purchase it that it did while we were helping you find it.

Complimentary Storage for Up to One Year

This might be one of the most practical Lily Bride perks—and definitely one that our brides appreciate once their gowns arrive!

We’ll store your wedding gown at Lily Saratoga free of charge for up to one year.

Wedding gowns can take up a surprising amount of space, particularly if you’ve fallen in love with a full ballgown. And between pets, curious family members, small closets and fiancés who aren’t supposed to see the dress, sometimes the safest place for your gown is right here with us.

Instead of bringing it home months before the wedding and worrying about where to put it, your gown can stay safely stored at Lily until you’re ready for it.

It sounds like a simple thing, but when you’re transporting a wedding dress to alterations, your venue, a hotel or even across the country for a destination wedding, having the right bag makes a difference.
